Who is SellTechDubai?
We are a Dubai IT buyer, not a classifieds site and not a repair counter. People and companies send a model, a specification or an asset list. We reply with a price. If you want to go ahead, we collect the equipment, check it against what you described, and pay.

What we are not
We do not list your laptop for you. We do not repair it and hand it back. We do not take a commission off a private buyer. The number you accept is the number we pay if the machine matches the description. If it does not match, we say what changed before anything is settled. You can stop there.
How a sale works
What happens after you write?
The first useful message is short: what the item is, the model or specification, whether it works, and where it is sitting. A photo of a sticker or an open side panel is better than a paragraph. For an office, a spreadsheet with identical lines grouped is better than twenty separate chats.
We come back with a figure. Nothing is collected on that first exchange. If you accept, we agree a window. On the day the equipment is checked. Payment is cash or a UAE bank transfer. There is no listing fee and no commission.

Your storage
You can keep hard drives and SSDs. A lot of offices do. We then price the chassis without storage. If the drives stay in, they are erased before the hardware moves on. MacBooks — Air and Pro, Apple silicon and Intel, Activation Lock included in the conversation. Gaming PCs — custom builds, prebuilts and loose GPUs, priced on the card and the processor. PS5 — original, Slim and Pro, disc or digital. Servers — rack and tower, storage shelves, priced from the population inside. Office IT — mixed clearances: desktops, monitors, printers, switches, a store room. Dubai collections — how we collect from towers and Free Zones.
Working or faulty. One item or a floor. If something is only worth materials, we say that instead of inventing a retail price for it.

Who do we buy from?
One person with one machine after an upgrade or a move. Someone leaving the UAE who does not want to list a tower on a group. An IT manager with a spreadsheet and a refresh date. A school emptying a lab in the holiday. A facilities team given a store room and told to clear it before the fit-out starts.
There is no minimum quantity. A single laptop is a message. Twenty identical desktops is one specification plus a count. A mixed office is a list. We do not ask you to open an account to start.
Where we collect
Dubai is the base, so it is usually the shortest lead time. We also collect in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. The Dubai page is the place for building permits, service lifts and Free Zone sign-off. For another city, use the equipment page and name the area.
