How to write
WhatsApp, phone or email — which should I use?
WhatsApp is the usual path for one machine. You can send the sticker photo in the same thread as the model. Phone (+971 52 857 3495) is useful if you are standing next to a rack or a store room and want to describe it once. Email (info@selltechdubai.com) is better for an asset list, a facilities rule, or a procurement thread that needs a written figure.

What to put in the first message
A laptop: the model string on the underside (ThinkPad T14 Gen 3, Latitude 5420, MacBook Pro 14-inch M2). A gaming PC: GPU and CPU, and whether it boots. A PS5: the CFI number on the back and disc or digital. A server: model, CPU, memory, whether drives stay. An office: identical lines grouped, quantity, working or not.
Add the area — Marina, Mussafah, Al Nahda, Al Ain — so the collection conversation is not a second round. Building rules (service lift, loading bay, visitor pass) belong in that first note if you already know them.
After you send
What happens after I ask for a price?
You get a figure for what you described. That figure is not locked until the equipment has been inspected. If it matches, that is what is paid. If a drive is missing, a screen is cracked, or the GPU is not the card you named, we say so and you decide.
Payment is cash or UAE bank transfer. There is no commission. How soon after inspection the money is released, and whether a business sale is invoiced with VAT: [BUSINESS INFORMATION REQUIRED]. Ask in the same thread as the quote if accounts needs that in writing.
