How a sale to SellTechDubai is agreed, checked and paid. This is a working summary, not a substitute for a written clearance contract on a large job.
The valuation
A figure we send after you describe the equipment is an offer based on that description. It is not a binding purchase until the equipment has been inspected against what you said. Photos and model numbers are part of the description.
If the inspection matches, the agreed figure is paid. If it does not — a different GPU, a cracked panel, a console that will not output, drives removed when the quote assumed they were in — we tell you what changed and the revised figure before anything is settled. You can decline at that point and keep the equipment.
Your right to sell
You confirm you have the right to sell the equipment. That means it is yours, or you are authorised by the owner or the company that owns it. We do not buy equipment you cannot account for.
Company-owned machines (domain-joined laptops, asset-tagged desktops, leased printers) need whoever controls the asset register to be in the conversation. Activation Lock, BIOS passwords and management profiles must be cleared, or the drives removed, before we can complete a resale purchase.
Price, currency and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is cash or a UAE bank transfer. There is no commission and no “collection deduction” invented after the inspection. How soon after a successful inspection the payment is released: [BUSINESS INFORMATION REQUIRED].
Business jobs that need a tax invoice, a TRN on the paperwork, or a purchase order against the payment: [BUSINESS INFORMATION REQUIRED]. Raise that when you send the list, not on the loading bay.
Collection and large jobs
Collection is arranged after you accept a figure. Coverage is the seven emirates from a base in Dubai. Whether a given collection is free, any minimum value, and lead time by emirate: [BUSINESS INFORMATION REQUIRED].
A full office or data-hall clearance can be set out in a short written confirmation before the visit: the list, the figure or the per-line rates, the date, access rules, and what happens to drives. If your legal or facilities team wants that, say so on the contact page.
Storage and data
You may keep drives. We then buy the equipment without storage. Drives you hand over are erased before the hardware moves on.
