Apple silicon or Intel?
M-series MacBooks generally have stronger resale value than older Intel models. However, Intel MacBooks are still bought depending on their model, year, condition and specification.

How much is my MacBook worth?
The easiest way to get an accurate valuation is to send the details shown in Apple menu → About This Mac.
Ideally, send the MacBook model, chip, memory and storage together with a few clear photos. This gives us enough information to give you a realistic figure before collection.
Battery condition
Battery health also matters. A MacBook with normal battery condition is easier to resell, while a battery showing a service warning may reduce the offer.
You can check the battery information through System Information → Power. If you are unsure, simply tell us how long the battery normally lasts.

Who can sell
Can businesses sell MacBooks in bulk?
Yes. We buy company-owned MacBook fleets as well as individual machines.
For multiple MacBooks, send the model, chip, memory, storage and quantity. Grouping identical machines makes the valuation quicker and easier.
If the MacBooks are managed by your company through Apple Business Manager, Jamf or another device-management system, they need to be released before resale. Tell us about any management or security restrictions when you send the list.

The original charger is useful, especially with newer MacBook Pro models. The original box is not required.

Process
How does selling a MacBook work?
Send us the MacBook details and photos. We review the model, specification and condition and provide a valuation.
If you accept the offer, we arrange collection across the UAE. The MacBook is checked against the information provided and payment is made by the agreed method.
You do not need to create an online listing, arrange multiple viewings or wait for individual buyers. We handle the purchase directly.
Before collection
Sign out of your Apple Account, turn off Find My and remove Activation Lock before handing over the MacBook.
If you are unsure how to do this, tell us before collection. A MacBook that remains locked to your Apple Account cannot be properly resold.
Faulty MacBooks
If the MacBook has a cracked screen, damaged keyboard, charging issue, weak battery or does not turn on, tell us before collection.
We can still assess faulty machines based on their usable parts and overall condition. An honest description helps us give you a more accurate valuation.
Before you sell
What should I do before handing over my MacBook?
Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your Apple Account and turn off Find My. Then erase the MacBook if you are comfortable doing so.
If the MacBook belongs to a company, make sure any Apple Business Manager, Jamf or other device-management restrictions have been removed.
Check the condition
Tell us about any cracked glass, dents, damaged ports, keyboard problems, screen marks, charging issues or battery warnings.
You do not need to repair the MacBook before selling it. In many cases, selling it as-is is simpler than spending money on a repair that may not increase its resale value by the same amount.
